    To take a cold shower

    First, start off with the water at a cool-warm setting so your body can adjust to it.

    Next, change the water to a progressively cooler setting until it’s cold. As you change from each level of coolness, give your body a minute or so to adjust.

    Keep doing so for the rest of your showe until you have achieved maximum ice cold water settings.


    The results: a successful cold shower and a feeling of being cold.

    The good: you’re feeling something.

    The bad: the cold won’t last and another cold shower must be called for in order to achieve the same feelings again.
